Week 4

In our 4th week planning our 20% project project, we have been blogging and deciding for a day we can actually shoot the video. Everyone in the group have been busy throughout the weeks and we haven't had the day to choose to meet up and actually plan everything. One of our group member has to attend church and another has to ask permission from her mother, and me .. well I am available every weekend. I'm saving up money to buy comfortable clothes to wear and any equipment that will be necessary. I've been stressing out lately since we have to get shooting this video as soon as possible while the months and time pass quick and just thoughts have been discussed, but no movement yet. I hope we get going on this project and finish it as soon as possible. (:

Week 3

The third week into our 20% project, ideas are still pending and lots of lots of stress! My two other group members are still researching and thinking how exactly to put this video and steps together in one. It's hard to think how we should manage these workouts, and how to make them really simple to anyone anywhere. We're thinking of shooting this video at the Boys & Girls Club located in Fullerton, since they have a dance studio we can use without no cost. There we can warm up and practice our steps and probably practice to do a small choreography in dance lessons in the end. They will be easy to learn and know, as well as the workouts. We will also be using a local park's track to do running tips and to show stretching before running a lap or mile which would be useful to not get cramps and pain in the lower and upper calf.

Week 2

Our second week working on our 20% project we've been thinking and researching workouts that will benefit people who are non-active and also how to flatten your belly and running tips for people. We will record each step and try to make the best out of this video tape for simple workouts. We would be using equipment throughout this video workout , such as exercise mats, fitness ball, jumping ropes, weights and a camera. We will be wearing workout clothes such as running shoes, running shorts, and a shirt , these will help us feel more comfortable with recording and demonstrating the tips and workouts.
